� The best way to make an exchange is to re-order the item(s) needed and use the Return/Exchange form below to send back merchandise for a refund.
� Customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending merchandise back for an exchange.

Packaging Your Return:  
� Please wrap your package securely.
� For your protection we recommend you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post to ship.
Returns Policy: 
� Any item(s) can be returned for the purchase price of the merchandise within 30 days of purchase.    (Does not include shipping charges.)
� Returns made after 30 days can be exchanged or a store credit will be issued.
� Merchandise returned after 60 days will not be accepted.
� Items purchased between November 15th and Dec. 24th are returnable until Jan. 25th.
� We are not responsible for any damaged items or returns after 30 days of purchase.
� Customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending merchandise back for a return.
� Returns of $125 or more are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
� Merchandise must be in its original saleable condition.
